1. Complete the Questionnaire: Simply log onto our site and complete the questionnaire. If you hired any lawyers overseas, they should also have to complete a questionnaire.
2. Legal Shield will assign you a lawyer: Your lawyer will attend the first court event on your behalf. You are not required to attend.
3. The Surrogate mother completes her questionnaire: if she has a de facto partner or husband, they will also have to complete a questionnaire.

Attend the final hearing: You and your lawyer will attend the final hearing. The judge will make orders for equal shared parental responsibility and an order that your child live with you or we provide a full refund.
